no, with the guy flatcalling 6.5 its a pretty horrible play to bet out. If the guy who min raised raises alot and folds easily/is passive then its an ok play, but if thats the case there are probably better ways to get value like c/r or c/c.

I mean a minraise from a newb is very often a strong hand and when someone flatcalls 6.5 thats a warning signal also, Just give up in this situation.

Betting out is really bad becaues you have 2 ppl left to act after you, if you check you get to see the minraises move and the 6.5 flatcalls reaction which can make things very easy.
