hes flipping a coin here and with the dead money in pot its not a bad call imo and he could have like 66-1010 here which makes him a small fave

god damn Rabinowitz luck...

I actually agree with that 100% everyone would say how great a call it was and it sucks that he missed

Ok firstly he called OOP with a marginal hand, thats not exactly great poker. You don't want to be playing OOP here with hands like QTs, they will get u into trouble. If you suspect the button is just button raising vs limpers, repop him all you like - cold calling is pretty bad.

On the flop, checkraising is fine but you should checkraise a bit more - your bet is pretty weak. When he pushes its likely he has an overpair and if we put him on 99+ you need around 2:1 to call, which you aren't getting. Although he could also be pushing flushdraws, it probably balances out (since you have Q and T there will be less Axc combos that he will raise if he is TAG). But he can also have 55/3x (also most unlikely since its a good spot to just call you.

If you just played this better preflop the hand would have been easier to play. Postflop depends on how much you think he's pushing (what does he do will 66-88) and what he does with AA/3x/55 (would he call to let u hang yourself on turn etc. Also had you checkraised more (say like 65) you'd be betting stronger, and then you'll be commited to calling if he pushes anyway

wrong person to say this too, but from the few hands people have shown me TT overplays his hands and has leaks. Apparently he wins though so i guess he does something right. Hes one of the vastly overrated players on LP who gets way too much asskissing.

hes not flipping a coin, hes likely a 40% dog AT BEST. Getting in 100bb stack as a 40% fav is hardly winning poker.

dude, i hate nits as much as anyone, and often abuse people for being weaktight and making dumb laydowns, however your out of position. Its FUCKING HARD playing out of position. If you had a cardrunners acc, you'd see greenplastic, one of the top internet players constantly advising to fold hands like this because even the better players struggle to make them profitable. IN POSITION i have no problem playing hands like this, i'll play much worse hands because its a hell of a lot easier to play once you've seen what your opponent does (you can float, you can call and have position for the turn, you just generally can play hands easier)

Also postflop, your hand is good to apply pressure, not call allin. Once he pushes the flop he takes the move away from you. A line let bet-3bet would be nicer with these stacks, or a slightly better bet size on the flop. if you'd raise to 65-70 then if he does just call pot will be 160 on turn and you'll be setup for a turn push, and if he does move allin over the top you'd have to call with the given odds. Since you made a smaller bet i think you can fold the flop since he clearly has a big pair, and now its a simple maths problem (unless you had a read or something that he could do this with anything etc)
