check behind on river you're not getting value out hands that you beat here.
imo hands that you have beat will fold and hands that have you beat will call/raise. So checking behind is probably best here.

hm guess you're right he could call the 3 bet on flop with 99 what would make sense if he just thinks you missed the board. Don't know if I'd call 99 there myself though. Oh well guess valuebetting is ok there.
