I dont think you are scared of sets/2pairs, cause the only hand he couldh have that beats you are AQ AA QQ JJ... doesnt seem likely rite.. So in my opinion his biggest range are KT, various flushdraw combos, maybe with a gutter too.. If the player is very active I would take it to the felt, but if he is on the nittier side I might pass on it.

When I look at his raise again, it looks hella like a flushdraw, cause of his larger raise, something like KQss that really wants to get it in on flop.
