maybe I am tilting, but can I fold this ? Can I put him here exactly on nuts, or you think he would play a lower flush or set or QJ like this ? |

No, you absolutely should never fold this. You have the 2nd nuts. He would play a smaller flush the same way, and I've seen plenty of people play JQ the same way even though there's a flush. |
