Push/reraise again on flop. You've got almost a coinflip vs most things (you fear KhXh and sets a bit, but you're not THAT huge of a dog) and if he has AK/KQ without a flushdraw you're ahead. I don't know if there is such a thing as FE on these stackes but I'd sure as hell take that to war. I don't know, it might be ok to just flat it too just because of the lack of FE vs donks. Not sure.

Anyway, since the only reason not to put him all-in on the flop is that he might have a set, you must play accordingly. Since it was the Ah that came out you can pretty much rule out most higher flushes too. Thus; reraise that shit or just openraise it so that he won't get odds to draw to a full house. Sometimes he'll fold, but that ok since you got the pot, and sometimes he'll draw to a FH without odds and that's even better since you'll be making money on it in the long run.

As played I dunno what to do on the river, I'd just openraise strong and make it look like a bluff or something. He might put you on like AK with the Kh if you're lucky.

Also, and this is a personal preference, I hate c/r on rivers. I openpush/raise thing because of 2 things:

1. It looks stupid. Things that looks stupid are good.
2. If I want to bluff someone later I can just push vs anyone who looks weak instead of giving them the chance to check behind and take the pot.

The last part might be stupid though, I dunno.
