Why did you bet so small on the flop? Just curious.

i make my bets relative to my oppponents hand improving - i know he does not call preflop without a pocket pair or AK so if he missed this flop completley i dont mind him chasing his 2 outer he need 22:1 odds to call on every street i give him less than 10:1 a bet like this entices hands like 88-JJ to continue with the hand

Yeah that is a good bet. But with the flush draw out there, makes it 22/95 which gives him pot odds to call just for the turn. Maybe that doesnt matter often enough. I guess technically he is about 20% to turn a flush if he has the draw so your bet is just slightly over that - assuming you bet the turn if the possible flush doesnt hit. I think 35 or so would be a bit better, it might still entice the lower pocket pairs but make the flush less dangerous. I dont know though it looks like you know what you're doing.
