Steamer limps UTG+1 then calls a standard raise of 4bb's after a smooth caller(casinocasino) with KK??? i have trouble beliving that to be honest. If it is, well played. But it could be easily something as dumb as A4s,34s,45s,KQ,QJ or any FD. Depends on the player I guess, and what he is capable of. Not to mention 72$ is sort of a weak looking bet IN position, he could very well raise here with FD or air, the point is you cant tell due to your smalish sized bet on the flop..
