i'd fold river. the spade queen gives almost every possible hand a better hand than you. |

The only hands you are going to make profit off of with this are KK or AQ, no one would play JJ like that, maybe AK or AQ of spades. After potting it on the flop and getting a call I'd be worried. Its a tough situation because the spades mean you cant slow down with the aces if your against AQ or AK suited, then again, your bets are big enough that they dont give odds for someone to chase a flush so basically your only gonna get the money from this one if your against some guy with AQ or KK or something. Most good players that call preflop raises with low - midrange pocket pairs are looking for a set. And if they call with AK or AQ its probably suited and they are looking for a flush or two pair if they dont hit the A. |

Basically potting it on the flop and getting a call probably means AQ of spades or a set, maybe KK. Unless you are dealing with an idiot. Someone with AQ spades doesnt really even have odds to call a pot sized bet there if they put you on an overpair so keep that in mind - actually I take that back they are almost coinflipping with AQ of spades so they have odds to call. |
