The river play isnt so bad - because it's obvious he has the jack but the rest is very weird |

I hate putting 25% of my stack in on the turn on a paired board |

Hmm, I agree preflop is bad but I bet turn cause the guy is a caller so I though he might have callin me with AK/AQ?small PP when he is IP. but turn call is ok since now I know I would stack him %100 if I make my flush. |

disagree you are chasing a hand that is far away from the nuts when your opponent is showing quite some strength...You gotta see at it like this, the $25 bet on turn has value cuz you can make him fold but when he raises you, you are putting in $25 more with only one purpose, to hit your hand, the $25 more you put in has no other value like getting him to fold. And when you are paying to make a hand that isnt even gonna be close to the nuts when you hit is in my opinion poor. I can see it seems cheap, but really isnt I think. you got 7 clean outs, the 4 of spade is bad... as is his kicker. so if the As Ks or Qs drops you cant be sure if he filled up or not..
You feel me? |
