This is a hard hand to play out of position.

He called a preflop raise so hes on AK (less likely, obviously), AQ AQ, JJ, QQ. I wouldnt put him on AA, because he didn't reraise.

So, you need to bet big on the flop to make him think you have the flush or you have to check it through to test the ace. If its a 9 handed game odds are that someone out there has the ace. If he raises you've gotta lay it down.
