reraise flop, let him stack off his KK or KQ or whatever.
Get rid of the urge to slowplay hands, every donkey wants to do it whenever he hits something. There are places at micro stakes to slowplay, but it's rare. Here you have a hand that is almost certainly ahead of his, he's shown a lot of strength with his minraise, so probably has a big big hand like QQ+ or a big queen. The board is somewhat drawish so why wait for a spade or 4 or something to kill your action? you are only realistically behind QQ but then it's a cooler and go broke.
