It's pretty read dependent. Figure out the percentage he's got a 6(obv call) or not(likely fold) and figure out the percentages and EV

Small value raise: if he has a 6 he's going to come over the top of your value raise, as he's only behind 99 and there is no way he can put you on that one hand.

ok, i just wondered what was the best play... he told me after the hand he had 77 (LOL) so he would maybe call miniraise or something
