Sure, you lost this one but you'll win like 80%+ so even if he gets your stack this one time, he's gonna lose more overall, of course you can't fold the turn.
He could (should) have KK or at least QQ here. I guess you could bet more on the flop but in this case it REALLY didn't matter, this guy is a retard and would have most likely put in his entire stack with just a draw
Just stay in the game with him, he's a fish, you'll make your money back and then some if you stick around long enough.
I mean think about it, he says he knows what you had and knows his odds etc.. Yeah, so he's gonna miss the flush a bit more than 75% of the time (I think) and then fold, which means 75% of the time you'll win a 25$ pot, and 25% of the time you'll lose a 50$ one.
3 x 25 = 75
1 x 50 = 50
= You gain 25$.
