A part of me thinks shoving is questionable since you always get called by hands that dominate you such as AK/AQ, big pair, etc. But the thing is, by raising to 900, you're not eliminating the mid pairs that have odds against you such as 77/88/99 I dunno actually. Personally I prefer a shove here over raising to 900. Im only good at poker when I run good
