If you're going to check-raise, raise it properly. By the time the action gets back around to you, the pot is at $5.60. Add in your $1.25, and Mr. Suitx is getting ~3/1 on his money even without the call from El Poker. With the extra player, your CR should have been to $6-7.
This is a tricky spot. I dislike a C/C 3-way...I'd probably lead flop for ~$2.50, and proceed carefully from there. Depending on the player, I push/fold to a re-raise. Tough spot to get away from, that's for sure.
This hand is a prime example of why calling from the blinds with AQo shouldn't be something you do 100% of the time. I'm not saying I don't call from the blinds 85% of the time with AQo, but it certainly isn't a snap-decision.
