It looks to me he was on a busted diamond draw, trying to cap the bet.
I like the push. He doesn't seem very strong, and looks to be blocking. All in is potsize and he may stack off with a weak queen. Against a decent player this wouldn't be smart but against a guy like this who's clearly a donkey it's +ev
