first of all most of the players holding 99 would feel more comfortable to get it all-in on that flop with no overcards.

its HU. he would call anybet/raise if he has anything... by the time turn and river come, he might be scared and not call any big-raise.

problem with the "wnated to make it look like i was bluffing" is its pretty much pointless because they usually find any excuse to think your bluffing, as he would do anyway if you made a big raise he'd be like "omg my fish logic is telling me he wants me to fold i gotta call" also

your not the first person in the world to think up concepts like "wow let me checkcall checkraise my set on turn" and other stff fish do. trick is DONT DO IT. theres a reason why people at higher stakes play a certain way, its because its what got them there and is gonna take em further. THe hand aint that bad though so w/e gj but keep that in mind.
