raise on flop and get it all in if he accomodates. If you call with a hand like 98s you can't be a wimp when it hits.

as played, his betting line screams of an idiot with a monster...betting small so you won't fold and then overbetting the river because he hasn't built the pot enough. Still there's no way you can fold...he made it way too cheap with his bet sizing.

should have raised the flop for sure only way to get a read. I wouldn't push all in after the flop with 9 high though - raise, re-raise for fold
