The flop is barely a call, much less a raise imo. EDIT:  Didn't see he had a pair. Def call, but I probably still wouldn't raise here.
I think you need to bet this turn 100%. The Ah is a huge scarecard, and the chances of anyone stabbing here are small, and the fact that it's the Ah means it's not likely that you're out-flushed. Lead out big on turn. |

theres no raise on flop so u rule out a strong hand, so u can let him see a free card to complete twopair/whatever

That was me who said it, you can tell because my name is right over the text.
I can only assume he checked in the hopes of getting someone behind him to stab, The Ah is a huge scarecard, and the chances of anyone stabbing here are small, which is probably not going to happen on this board.
I really don't see how we can afford to let another heart peel off here in a 3-way pot. |
