Sure he's drawing to the nutflush but how much value can he expect to get if he hits his flush. And not raising when he hits the 5 reasonable outs he has is just plain stupidity (since he should've folded the turn - I can understand his flop call (I probably wouldn't have done it though), if he figured you're on a semibluff or steal, but...)
