why did you call the flop?? I think it's so obvious he has something better than your overpair. I don't think he actually thought you were after the blinds or something preflop after you bet the flop like that.

loads of behind hands push there. flushdraws, 3-4, top pair, JJ, and oftentimes just some random lower pocket pair. combined with the odds he's getting to call, folding isnt an option

I know I'd think the same TT is a very likely holding here. Hey poor do you have an argument to support your point?

the point is your first comment appeared condescending which people here frown on when you're directing it to a player who is much better than you are

yeah you suck.
dont say its so obvious that elky is behind when its clearly not. had it been elky would have folded. he is infinitely a better player than either of us - that should be argument enough to support his call.

capaneo, this is definitely NOT a bad call AT ALL. this is a tournament, and what Ket said is 100% accurate. sure, this geek who limp/called COULD have a better hand, but there are a TON of worse hands he could have too. Elky's AA, especially since he has the Ah, is crushing the villain's range. even in this case, elky had 5 outs on the turn and 8 outs on the river, unless another T or 2 landed.
