I suppose he felt this guy would never call a 3rd reraise without Kx so there's very little value in doing so, he was prob more intersted in seeing what hand he had to "sharpen" his read

a Q would flatcall river.. so he either has the other king, QQQQ or is bluffing -> no value in shoving imo

im with all_in4tw...

if villian has a Q he knows he wont win anything by raising river... so villian range after his river re-pop is QQ, or bluff.. so pushing is silly and he doesnt get to see his hand.
