i wouldnt push the turn, even tho your opponent is 100% donk material, against a player who has half a clue what he's doing, min betting the turn when a card like that falls usually indicates that the card helped him. use your position, keep the pot small. you don't even have that secure of hand in the first place.
to be honest this guy has a lot of outs on the turn, too. 9 clubs, 6 non club straight cards, and 3 overcards. thats a total of 18 outs. don't overvalue your top pair, this push is definitely -EV in the long run, even though in this particular scenario, your opponent made a poor call. |
