fold: not a bad move at all
call: not really a bad move either, if you up against a bad player. 1) he might have a flush, and pay you like mad if you hit your 4 outer, while his flush also might be lower than 9-high giving you lots of outs. 2) he might have QJ for a straight, giving you a bunch of outs. 3) he might have Kx, in wich case you are ahead. You just have to have a plan for the river, depending on what it is.
raise: only if have a great read on the player, in wich case you have to raise about potsized.

I would raise to 60 and probably call a shove depending on my opponent.
