Whats the point of checking the flop when you are in position? And what is the point of flat calling a half potsized bet on the turn? You picked the worst possible time to randomly get aggressive. It is a RAISED pot you want action on that flop from AQ / AA / KK / Qx / flush draw / straight draw TONS of hands.

to let him hit if he is on a flush draw or str8 draw. to let him think if he has a Q he has the best hand!(unfortunatly he had 2)

You are in position on the flop in a raised pot, if you bet the last hand he is going to put you on is pocket 10s, he will put you on AA / KK. If he has a single Queen he will think he has the best hand regardless of what you do. Betting in position doesnt show as much strenght as betting out of position so you should capitalize on that. It doesnt matter that in this particular case he had QQ because more often you will get action from AQ / flush or straight draw / AA / KK etc etc.

Yeah and on the river you can only beat two likely hands: KJ or KQ, maybe AK but thats less likely.

actually I wanted to raise him there but I was thinkin it would scare him if he was bettin his a draw. and I already had a full house so I still think check was fine. plus he might consider bluffin the river if he miss a draw a I've just flat called on the turn.

There may be little danger of getting outdrawn but theres also the fact that you arent even making any money off your hand which is the whole point of the game. You have the 3rd best possible hand on that flop, for practical purposes you have the nuts. Its a raised pot think of all the hands that would love that flop:

KJs
KQ
AQ
AA
KK
AKs

These hands pay $$$. Q10 and QQ are the only ones to worry about being aggressive against and they are so unlikely its pointless to worry at these limits. And that all-in at the end you are only getting called when you are beat by many of those hands that you couldve extracted value from on the flop and turn. If they fold river your only winning like 8 bucks with your full house.

Pretty much, theres really no point to slowplaying such a monster hand. I can somewhat understand the flop check although I probably would have bet anyway but definitely raise the turn. Hes calling with a flush draw on the flop and checkraising with a bunch of hands that you have beat.
