should i have bet this river? the fish with the big stack played every hand and calls down with bottom pair, but i was really afraid he might have the 6. I put him on a 6 or a flush draw.

well 6 or fd are possible, if he raises you what would you do?, a crying call.. crying calls are never good, i would check behind since you wont extract any more money unless he tries to bluff you, but you would have to be confident he has a FD and you werent.
PS: im a fish |

Reraise preflop to isolate the shortstack that miniraised you. |

I would agree with Baal. If I had been OOP in this hand I would want to check/call (probably obvious but if he has the 6 you minimize the pot; if he has FD you make more). Since you're in position I'd just show it down when you figure your hand is probably good because there are only a couple of hands you MIGHT get called by that you have beaten. Also the T is a bad card too (even though he'd have to be pretty loose) because now you really only get called by AJ/AQ MAYBE. |

deep stack calling the reraise, i think its better to see a flop with AK in a 3 handed situation |
