(i'm pretty sure he's saying "not too smart" because i got it all in, but is raising 900 more really isolating... and does it really mean they should fold) |

Have you ever wondered which hurts the most: saying something and wishing you had not, or saying nothing, and wishing you had?

top 4 get the ticket, so i dont see why u are calling here and you are comfortably in 3rd position, if you lose to a most likely flip, you will be crippled. A call would have been a slightly better play, hoping that the bigstack will call too so you check it down, but 9's you can instafold here. |

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

In SNGs at the bubble YOU.....CANNOT.....CALL....WITH ANYTHING

This is either push or fold, fold would be my choice but if your going to play I like the push to isolate. |

Glad these are back.
If I'm not mistaken, nolan's not comfortably in 3rd, he's in 4th and 5th place may be getting desperate and "could" be raising wide enough that 99 is ahead of his range. I think you need a read to expand his range that far though at this point. Without a read, I personally don't think we're ahead here, although we are flipping a large majority of the time because he's pushing any 2 broadway.
At 100/200 I think there's still enough play though - this feels like what Vaneesa Rousso would label an "aggressive call" - lol.
Plus in these things the players are so bad that there's a high chance that something silly like the two big stacks getting it in versus each other, I don't like the increased chance of ruin here, since 1k left over doesn't really do anything for me, especially when all the other stacks will be 3k+.

good thing im psychic.
honestly i just assumed that the two big stacks in the blinds would call along realizing that the OR's chances of winning would be so minimal, and if they dont beat OR they might somehow knock ME out.... |

The chat by giga intrigues me though. Maybe he intended to call if you did not raise another 1k? Or was he possibly talking about the prior hand? |
