Posts 6144 crownroyal, yes it does if you have a low bankroll then the expected utility of gaining $600 is $600, butthe expected utility of losing $600 is less than $600. the variance associated with making a call like this is enormous, so someone with a smaller bankroll will not want to try to call with a small edge like this, if it IS an edge at all that being said pooruser is obv not showing us the hands where he makes this call vs the donkey with JTo, or 99, or QQ, or whatever pokerintheface Last edit: 02/07/2007 13:22
