This is a re-raise pre-flop 99% of the time.

If you're not 3-betting this hand in position, you're playing way too tight imo.

ez reraise preflop. you don't hit very often and when you do it's usually a scarecard for the opponent. you're basically hoping you both hit, which is even less often than just you hitting by yourself. just reraise preflop when your hand is almost certainly good and continuation bet, you'll take it down the majority of the time preflop or on the flop even if you miss and when you hit TPTK in a reraised pot you'll be much more confident in your hand.
