this is another one that's really close.
your turn bet is really bad. it lets him consider folding worse hands. check and trap him if you want to get the money in. by betting into him on the turn you let him only play back at you with made hands (most of which probably beat you). you need to try and assign hand ranges in these spots. here for instance i would give him a range of JT, T9, 89, 78, 56, 67, TT, 88, 77, 99 and maybe a "slowplayed" JJ-KK. You do beat a lot of that range but you are drawing pretty thin to much of it as well. It's also worth noting that he minraiesd you with someone still left behind to act. This shows a little bit more strength as he does not seem overtly concerned about the other player's hand (Which makes it more likely that the villains hand is strong). I think honestly that raising him $4 more and folding to a shove isn't a bad idea if he doesn't seem like a horrible player. Calling and re-evaluating a turn is ok as well but not as much when you are out of position. However, i think the board texture would mean pretty much anything but the board pairing on the turn means you should c/f.
(If villains are doing this as an info bet, they usually will check it back on the turn for pot control looking to call a river bet, or again check behind. So if you call this bet then check it to him on the turn and he makes a substantial bet I can usually find a fold.)
