This is decent, I think that is a risky flop to be looking for a straight on though (because of the hearts 3-way pot). Usually when I hit a nut straight I play it really hard because I dont want to get outdrawn with a straight (its harder to lay down than a set or two pair) and you dont want him redrawing on you. With the hearts and a higher straight possibility as well as the boat possibility I think a raise to 18 on the turn would be better.

i think that he mad a mistake on the flop. he might protect his hand with a high bet instead of 2bb
