chk flop hope for the initial raiser to bet again,then raise.taking your option i would make it more on the turn,chck/call or chk/ fold river

I'm just pissed at the fact he plays Q8 to 4xBB raise and stays in with a gutshot...and of coarse poker stars rewards it

i woulda went all in at turn. So u can avoid flush and str chacers.

TAM,consider the hands that the turn might of helped that are a possible call on your raise,KQ,scs,deadmans hand if you are at a loose table etc etc...slwoing down at the turn would be a good play and as raszi said dont bet river

ye you had top set, but he could have KQs too.
I would fold to that all-in on river.
