what did you do on the flop?
-bet out like $2.
on these limits you could do a 5x bb raise pf or more be aggressive not passive with strong hands and every hand you play..

What if Erz had bet on turn and Carra folds here on turn...
Should I reraise then?

I dont see any reason to bet 2$ on the flop. Bet like pot or 3/4 pot

Well 3-bet there
Raising preflop more than 10% is somewhat wild. 5% is average. Less than 3% is passive.
