do you call for all your money with a flush draw? and you arent usually the first person in the sb to call a raise preflop with K5s, i was just surprised he called, even the fact that the board was paired made him calling with the flush draw a bad play imo |

Not worse than going all-in with an Ace High on a paired, flushdraw board. Didn't have the best hand either, he's 54-46 to win. |

regardless of the fact that he has any 5 or K and any spade it doesnt make him calling for all his chips there a good play imo, i probably should have just laid it down when he check raised me i suppose but sometimes plays like that infuriate me and when i think i can get them off of their hand I make a play at the pot, i believe here I made a play at the pot and should have taken it down as there is no way for this guy to put me on two high cards and not a pair with my continuation bet and an all in raise of his check raise |

Why do you assume that this guy is smart? I think you give him waaaaaaay too much credit for that. He obviously likes his hand here as he check-minraised you. To me that screams an 8 of some sort, so you probably are far behing his range. I dont think youll make him fold often enough either, as it seems he really likes his hand... |
