betting turn and/or potting river would get way more value of your hand imho. The flop is as dry as it can get so if he calls the flop bet you can expect to get called down light with a whole bunch of hands that you beat. You can't really be afraid of a set all the time in this situation. Just pot flop / turn / river and put it in if you can, get max value against stations.

I am no expert but play these stakes successfully most of the time at FTP and realized that most donks at NL25 don't do fancy plays, so I just run over them if I can and don't tilt with relentless aggression and well placed value bets. They start hating you for your aggression and donate you their stacks at the stupidest spots possible. That's for stations like this villain of course. Hoping for a c/r at this spot can be good if you know your opponent or have said history but otherwise it's just bet bet bet for me.
