i guess i should have value bet more on the river because if he had the straight he would have bet himself... if he's got junk though, like the flush draw... then i should bet practically nothing to give him another chance to bluff...

i think you should've reraised the flop, QJ is possible but so are bottom 2 and top and bottom, as well as a flush draw
but that's def good too, and river is definitely at least $40
busted flush will not c/r the river because he knows you're committed and strong enough to call

thanks, yea I was afraid of QJ until the river and in hindsight of course the river bet was bad but so often this idiot has broken flush draw... if that's the case and you want to evoke a bluff raise from late position, how much would you bet?
