Bet 0.7-0.8 on river. You're practically only getting calls from hands that beat you with such a high bet, bar a slowplayed AA-KK.

c/c = check/call if he bets.
c/f = check/fold
c/r = check/raise if he bets.

you greatly overbet a hand on a river that makes all sorts of draws - T9 straight draw, flush draw - complete. You show so much strenght that only a hand that beats you call you, thus you are wasting money. Essentially you turn your hand into a bluff - any two holecards would get exact same value from that river bet other than trip Q's - while if you check and call a reasonable bet you turn your hand into what it is - hand that has some showdown value. I hope it helps.
EDIT: typos

oh, and if you lose some of your stack add on to have a full buy in in order to maximize your potential profit in case you put it all in against someone that covers your stack.
