i like to minraise the turn right there, he might re-raise and you consider then if he hit it or not. it will make him wonder what to do with his hand, and saves u money.
IF he is waiting for the flush (having a high card diamond), what i wrote before is an obv mistake, cause you should bet harder, but that depends on your read. But if he called an overbet in the flop, and he is at least not stupid, he has it already.
