I know villain is a huge bluffer and loves to steal pots. I call knowing he's on air, how could I better extract money from him and can I force him out pre-river to avoid that happening again?

you should fold to his min raise, if you REALLY think he's bluffing, then just reraise him and he's gonna pitch

At the time my logic was that I'm 100% sure he's bluffing so if I call he'll know I have him beat so he'll keep reraising to try and buy his way out of it.

it's not like you have AA here, even if he's bluffing, he could have A8, u dont want him to draw an 8 or an A

what? if you're sure he's bluffing of course calling is the best option unless hes bluffing with a big draw. he has 25% equity (less in this case) so let him keep bluffing
