why he is pretty short so i think betting the turn i will get action from lower pp + any pair on the board and the draw 46/67 . If the turn brings let say a JQKA i will loose that actio

Well, most players (even fishier ones) won't call the turn bet with, let's say, 66/77/8x. They think that their pair may not be best anymore, when there is an overcard on the board, and thus they fold. They are more likely to call the river bet, even if a scare card comes out.
Anyway, I'm talkin bout Everest, donno much about Stars.
