I don't think you are going to hit good enough hands often enough.
1) He's still 25% to win
2) You won't win money when an ace flops
3) You will sometimes get your money in drawing next to dead when a king flops.
So, I don't think you are deep enough to call with 34suited out of position.

given his PF play, theres no doubt that if an ace doesn't flop, he's going all in. But just look at my implied odds vs what it costs to see the flop. he only made it $1.90 for a chance to take his stack. If i miss, i lose nothing more. I don't make this play every time someone comes over the top, nor do I raise out of position very much. I got lucky this time, that for sure.
