raising K9s UTG in NL25? keep away from that "loose aggressive" thing, just play tight ABC poker and you will be able to crush the competition.

money won is twice as sweet as money earned.

jantje

hm i had a note on him that he normally is a calling station.
SO i made this bet to see if he calls or reraises in order to see if i could go all in here and get a call.
when he reraised i knew 100% that he will call my all in cause he must have hit a somehow decent hand and i knew from playing with him that he completely ignores completed draws on boards.

so how had u played knowing the player style ?

U see what i did there with A8 ? He 4 bets and there we go insta jam A8 : ---booooom -- . hahahaha ( Krantz)Last edit: 01/10/2007 13:59

Fold pre-flop
Bet more on flop (~$2.50), and consider shoving flop if you think there's a chance he might fold (you need a little fold equity to make it an EV push)
Bet more on turn (~$7)
And this isn't really that big of a suckout, he had a set and boated up, pretty standard
