He has to have 2 clubs like 75% of the time? I think he doesn't have that so it should be a call no?

well
you beat a bluff and you need to win 25% of the time for a call to be profitable
so if you think he's bluffing 25% of the time, call. otherwise, fold.

I would also definitely call against an unknown tho. I'd fold turn if he bet then for sure but vs half pot on river I'd call this unless I knew he had the flush. I also sorta feel that you only lose vs king flush and that he's not valuebetting a weaker one, and that he doesn't have the king 75% of the time.
