well i just couldn't think of anything worse that would call a shove

so i thought a min-raise was best if i think he is going to have air or AJ most of the time

I actually like this play on the river, because when he has an ace he definately won't call a shove.
I think this is pretty much a good example of the only way it can be used efficiently

i hate the minraise cause you're never bluffing that way but I guess some guys won't pick up on that. I'd fold QJ if you minraised there.

I think a solid regular folds an ace to the minraise and you're just missing a ton of value. I much prefer shove or raise to 140$.

his ace-x range suffers from shitty kicker syndrome and once you call the turn he's got to put you on an ace
