its probably much better to raise the flop here huh? All I know about this guy is that he is very tight/passive. |

i'd raise flop.
as played might even flat turn; pot will be 60 on river and anything he calls a c/r with will most likely continue river if u flat turn. This gives him a chance to fire a 3rd barrel with hands that fold to c/r |
