Pre-flop: Don't min-reraise, reraise a serious amount that will a) get value out of your hand and b) create a large pot. I would say around ~$6 is good.
Flop and Turn: Don't min-bet. You're letting every hand draw and missing so much value. I would bet anywhere from 2/3rd's the pot to full pot on flop and turn.
River: Don't min-raise. As played, I would just call river.

Get out of this min-betting and min-raising habit, it won't do you any good.

By betting so weak, you're letting him easily draw on you and/or get a cheap showdown. Make him pay to draw or see a showdown. Don't worry about it if you bet pot on the flop and he then folds to a turn bet. If he had anything decent, he would have called you down all the way and you would've been able to create a large pot. It's rarely correct to slowplay at these stakes.

don't worry if you don't get any action with aces or kings. that's the problem imho. be thankful if you do, take the pot pf if you dont and move on, it happens to all of us, but protect your premium cards almost all of the time in these limits. simply ask yourself this; " do i want to win(big or small) with my aa/kk or let him get his draw and i lose my stack because they're just too pretty to fold?"
