because you cant raise when someone goes all-in even if there are bigger stacks after you.

make ur raise to 4 total on river that way when he pushes u can RERAISE over the top...if u know hes strong

yeah, thats what I was thinking at table.

but then I realized that no one in their right mind would call a sizeable reraise on river with a flush on paired board 3 way pot so I figgured make it 5, and if bigstack has boat then I get more

and Baal is incorrect.

you can repush.... but the bet wasnt big enough to be a raise (has to be atleast a minraise).

Since it wasnt enough to count, you cant only flat call.
