I always raise 3x BB unless there are already callers. I guess I should raise 4x BB and mix it up randomly like harrington suggests.
But I could raise 3x, 4x or 5x BB and 88 still calls me there. Since there was 22 on the board and I didn't think he had a deuce in his had, I figured the only logical hand that beats me there is 88. With the money in the pot already and the chance that he may have a lower pair or a flush draw, I figured I'd take the chance and push. |
