I know you had the nuts, and 3x his raise is standard if his raise is standard. 0.5 in $3 means you should raise $3 at the least.
He's NEVER going to put you on an ace.

Dude ur thinking like a real player. Think like a donkey. it all in head ^^; there would be 4 king on board then u push all in and he would put u on a king XD understand what i mean?

Listen to Artanis, raise sizes are based on the size of the pot, not the size of his bet. 3x is a shortcut method that approximates well when his bet size is standard.

you know about ''Slow Play'' ? there's no meaning to push all in turn or reraise him 10x on Turn if im 100% sure to win i gotta Raise a bit to be able to push River, and hoping him to hit his flush or what ever he's hoping

Your reasoning clearly is broken somewhere because he hit no flush yet called an overbet shove on the river. Your shove would have been properly sized if your turn raise had been properly sized.

And what if he's chasing a flush, is willing to pay you a lot to draw to it and he misses and folds on the river?

He'd have to be pretty dumb to even call your small turn raise with a flush draw anyhow, because with three aces on the board he's crushed by any pp. Which is probably what he had, and as Artanis said he isn't going to give you credit for the last ace if he's sitting on a house.
